Various Skills (For those who are working in Company/Health Sector) Requirements: 

  1. Standard Employment for Various Skills (with Addendum to the contract and Undertaking )

  2. Photocopy of Passport of worker

  3. Iqama copy of worker

  4. Photocopy of Company Commercial Registration and License with English translation

  5. Photocopy of the National I.D. or Iqama/Hawiya of the Company/Owner/Manager

  6. Exit Re-Entry visa of worker (for those who are going for vacation)

  7. Fee of 40SAR + OWWA Membership of 94SAR a total of 134SAR 

Note:

All pages of the contract must be signed by both employer and employee and stamped with company logo.

House Service Worker (HSW) Requirements:

  1. Standard Employment Contract  for House Service Worker

  2. Photocopy of Passport of worker

  3. Iqama copy of worker

  4. National Address of the Employer

  5. Photocopy of the National I.D. or Iqama/Hawiya

  6. Exit Re-Entry visa of worker (for those who are going for vacation)

  7. Fee of 40SAR + OWWA Membership of 94SAR a total of 134SAR Cash

House Hold Worker Requirements Hiring under Diplomatic Corps, International Organization and Royal Family:

  1. Standard Employment Contract  for House Service Worker (HSW)

  2. Photocopy of Passport of the worker

  3. National Address of the Employer

  4. Photocopy of National I.D. or Iqama

  5. MWO  Endorsement Letter to POEA for Exemption on Ban on Direct Hire

  6. Fee of 40SAR Cash
